RESIDENTIAL SERVICES:

Listed below are only some of the services we offer.

-HVAC systems maintenance

Proper maintenance and cleaning are crucial to ensure that your homes HVAC systems run properly and ultimately keep you and your family comfortable! Service of these units includes changing of filters, inspecting and cleaning internal parts and replacing any damaged or broken components.

-Interior/Exterior refinishing(paint etc.)

From a fresh coat of paint to alter the feel of your space indoors, to sealing exterior wood surfaces like decks or fencing, we offer a wide variety of different painting/sealing/staining/resurfacing solutions to renew and refresh your homes walls, floors, cabinets, etc.

-Cleaning and organization

Is that garage a total mess? Does your house need a total deep cleaning, or just one area like the kitchen or bathroom? We can help with the cleaning of most any space, we also work closely with clients to organize the most unruly of tangled messes in any space from garages to sheds and even whole homes.

-Flooring installation

Been thinking of new flooring in your home? We offer installation of free floating vinyl plank flooring, laminate, adhesive tile, and commercial carpet types. We also have experience in using heavy duty epoxy floor sealing/coating, used on cement floors for garages or concrete slab applications. Although we do not offer conventional carpet installation we do have partnerships with other experienced professionals who we can recommend for your carpeting projects.

-Kitchen and bathroom repair/maintenance

Toilet troubles are no longer a problem when you work with us, leaky faucets, dingy old sinks, whatever the problem may be with your bathroom/kitchen we are confident that we can fix your constantly running toilet or that leaky pipe under your sinks etc. Installation of new toilets, or replacing your old vanity and sink, even putting in a new tub/shower, all can be done without delay. Let’s get that bathroom or kitchen back to optimal condition.

-Plumbing*

Simple plumbing repair or upgrades are available, including busting clogs, cleaning traps or anything that needs fixing or replacing can be done by P&N. *=unfortunately we cannot provide service beyond the home’s interior plumbing such as sewer lines or septic system service, we also don’t service venting beyond the ceiling, but we do have relationships with lisenced plumbers who can provide services like these that can help and even provide a special rate for being our customer!

-Electrical**

If you have older electrical equipment such as switches/outlets, overloading circuits or just need a new ceiling fan or light fixture installed we can definitely help! We have plenty of experience when it comes to installing overhead lighting, floor safety lighting, exhaust fans, and much more. Let us know what your needs are and we will be straight forward about whether we can or cannot complete the project. **=we ONLY work within residential voltage (499V<=/100Amps) anything over a normal residential load we cannot service.

-Furniture/ consumer product assembly

When you find a new piece of furniture that you adore, such as book shelves, TV stands,  a new computer desk, etc, usually the piece comes in a heavy and cumbersome flat box with a huge assortment of hardware to sort through and make sense of… well instead of trying to figure it out yourself or hire unreliable and very expensive contracted help recommended by the retailer, call us! We’re professionals when it comes to making sure the pieces all come together in a timely manner and for a price that just can’t be beat by department stores contracted assembly workers. Before you ask, YES we do IKEA furniture/products!

-Electronic systems setup/installation

Installation of stereo systems, home theater equipment , and home theater/entertainment equipment can be very tricky and expensive, let us help! Anything from a simple speaker setup to an advanced surround sound system, or even installing BOSE drivers in walls and or in ceiling applications are some of our favorite projects! We also work with integrated communication systems, and many other platforms that involve in home automation/electronic devices.

-TV mounting/setup

Making wires and worries disappear! We can mount most any display/TV on a wall with ease, we also run wire and cable where you don’t see a thing. We can also work with projection systems and even recessed (in-wall) display options for you.

-Special pricing for “punch list” projects!

We absolutely love a good “punch-list” and offer some great pricing options when you wrap up multiple projects in one consolidated list. This option works great for someone who’s been unable to complete multiple tasks and they’ve piled up. This option is also very ideal for multi property owners/landlords. Let’s knock all that work out at once and save you some cash while we’re at it!
